Born From the Gaps We Saw Firsthand
SBM started because we kept seeing the same thing — talented founders with real businesses, stuck. Not because they lacked ambition, but because no one had helped them build the structure to match it.
The advisory industry in South Africa is full of frameworks designed for corporates and templates that don't survive contact with reality. We wanted something different — a practice built around the founder, not the model.
